Join Delores Thompson for a Hybrid Yoga class, Yoga with Weights. This workshop will help you to increase bone density, help burn calories, raise your metabolism, help with muscle tone and increase your stamina! Bring your own 1 – 8 lb weights (lighter if you’re new to this).
